I've been doing marketing backwards.
While everyone else is running Facebook ads and buying email lists...
My best readers have always come from ONE source:

When you forward an email. When you mention it in Slack.

And I just realized...
I've been taking that for granted.
I spend hours optimizing subject lines. I A/B test everything. I track open rates like my life depends on it.
But I've never once properly thanked the people who ACTUALLY grow this newsletter.
That's... kind of messed up?
